The rational development and utilization of plantation Popular is always the focus of wood scientific research. The dissertation use Engineered Wood as main object to discuss, research on the using of plantation Popular veneer to product Engineered Wood. The first part, this dissertation innovatively use reactive dye as Popular veneer staining, adopting the combinative method of one-factor and orthogonal experiments to discuss the rule between treated effect (dye ability, uptake, the rate of stained) and the factors of dyeingprocessing (the concentration of reactive dye, the concentration of NaCl,temperature, duration, Vsampte:VSoiution),identify the impact of the trend, optimize the stained medicament and the newest craft. As the theme of Kubelka-Munk, using the method of allocation of the three primary colors, this dissertation develop a method to stain simulation poplar veneerThe second part, this dissertation use AIPI as the adhesive to bond Engineered Wood, adopting the combinative method of one-factor experiments to discuss the rule between bonding effect and factors, optimize the bonded medicament and the newest craft. Through using computer modeling of three-dimensional texture of wood, reverse design the radial color patterns(Ormosia henryi Prain,Millettia Laurentii).Through the above research to the following conclusions:(1) The Popular veneer under normal pressure is very difficult to evenly stain by reactive dye, pretreatment of poplar wood veneer for staining is indispensable. The optimization process: the concentration of NaOH is 8g·L-1,pretreatment temperature is 90℃,pretreatment duration is 60min,VSampie:VSoiution=10:1.(2) This dissertation use the optimization process to stain the popular veneer by reactive dye,the color is Gorgeous and uniformity. The optimization process:the concentration of reactive dye is 15g·L-1,the concentration of NaCl is 25g·L-1,the concentration of Na2CO3 is 20g·L-1,the concentration of JFC is 2g·L-1,temperature is 85℃,dying duration is 180min, color duration is 30min,VSampie:VSolution=10:1.(3) This dissertation use the method of allocation of the three primary colors to stain simulation poplar veneer, the effect of wood stain color is very close to the target, and the method can be used to simulate the target timber.(4) This dissertation based on the first law of Fick derive a dynamic model which is about Stained poplar veneer processing, the dynamic model provide a reference and a basis for a similar staining design Optimization of dyeing conditions.(5) The processing of stained wood veneer can increase the permeability of wood, it is very useful to spread a low viscositv adhesive, but the effect is not evident by using high viscosity adhesive(6) The reactive dye which attached to the wood surface and acid composition under stain treated wood veneer can improve the curing rate of UF. In the same conditions of pressure, whether or not to joint the curing agent, it can achieve the bonding strength which is qualified.(7) This dissertation uses the optimization process to bond Engineered Wood by AIPI,it can achieve a good bonding strength, the Stripping rate of wooden and wood-breaking rate can reach qualified. The optimization process: sizing volume is 150g·m-2, pressure is 1.5MPa,pressure time is 2h,setting date is 3day,wood moisture content is about 12%.(8) This dissertation make use of Engineered Wood design principles, through using computer modeling of three-dimensional texture of wood, reverse design the radial color patterns(Ormosia henryi Prain,Millettia Laurentii).Using the Popular veneer to produce Engineered Wood can add economic benefits, effectively use of resources popular plantation, have a direct to make better use of plantation resources.
