Study On Technology And Economic Benefit Of Bamboo-wood Composite Structure Container Bottom Plate

Based on the seven-layer bamboo-wood plywood,the effects of different bamboo and wood blank positions,different material directions and veneer pretreatment methods on the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo-wood composite plate were studied.The mechanical properties of bamboo-wood composite plate were analyzed with three mechanical properties parameters of short span shear force / N,static bending strength / MPa and elastic modulus / MPa,and the changes of plate properties were discussed by variance analysis and significance analysis.At the same time,the relationship between the section density of bamboo and wood composite board and its static bending strength was analyzed.The orthogonal test was designed to optimize the hot pressing temperature,hot pressing time and hot pressing pressure process parameters in the production process,and the effect of hot pressing conditions on the mechanical strength of the sheet was discussed.Finally,21 layers of bamboo and wood composite container floor were prepared according to the structure and technological conditions,and the experimental results were verified,and the benefits of this paper were analyzed by simulating the production line.The results show that:(1)In the seven-layer bamboo container floor,the scheme bB was the bestchoice for the two-layer bamboo curtain composite board,the scheme cB was the best blank formation mode for the three-layer bamboo curtain composite board,and the scheme cA was the best choice for the four-layer bamboo curtain composite board.(2)The pretreatment of veneer coating was better than that of dipping pretreatment.(3)The optimal preparation scheme of seven-layer bamboo and wood composite board was as follows: three-layer bamboo curtain,veneer pretreated after glue dipping,unit pressure 4.5MPa and hot pressing time 1.2 min / mm.(4)The 21-layer bamboo-wood composite container bottom plate prepared according to the better preparation conditions conforms to the requirements of GB/T 19536-2015 plywood for container bottom plate.The longitudinal short span shear force of the 21-layer bamboo and wood composite container floor prepared is 10280 N,far greater than the 6900 n plate produced by the factory.The transverse short span shear force was 3600 N,greater than 3500 N for factory plates.(5)According to the annual output of 13,325 m,the annual profit was expected to be 5,180,4084 million yuan,which could bring good economic benefits.Because of the improvement of the performance of the board,with a 10 percent increase in profit,the profit of 518,0408 million yuan could be increased every year.
