Artemisia argyi was come from the Asteraceae family Ai dry leaves,with the function of dispelling pain and cold and stopping bleeding by temperature.Clinical had been used for belly in pain,the cold doing not transfer and so on;Artemisia as vinegar charcoal can stopped bleeding and was used for the hemorrhagic disease with cold and for the administration,Washing with moxibustion internally,externally and so on.There was a wide range of using for medical purposes.The paper was provided a new method of purification of artemisia argyi flavonoids by using artemisia argyi as raw materias and optimizing the extraction process parameters of the artemisia argyi flavonoids and polysaccharides,The main contents and the results were as follows:1.The use of ethanol Baptist flowback was combined with microwave on Artemsia argyi flavonoids in extract,the conditions of single-factor was discussed,the last four major single factor in accordance with the conditions,the use of orthogonal experimental combination.Artemsia argyi draw the best extraction conditions were: 60%ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio 1:35,time to return 2h,reflux temperature of 90℃,according to this method,the extraction total flavonoids from Artemsia argyi was 2.02%.2.Selected from the purification of total flavonoids of bitter gourd macroporous resin and Indentified the process conditions:AB-8 macroporous resin Artemsia argyi purified flavonoids had been a good results.Fluid concentration of flavonoids in the 0.3 mg/ mL when the AB-8 macroporous resin adsorption rate of flavonoids was best up to 91.0%;AB-8 macroporous resin type in the pH of 2 Artemsia argyi flavonoids on the absorption rate was 96.0%than in other high pH conditions;70%of the ethanol solution of Artemsia argyi flavonoids hada good effect of adsorption, desorption rate was 83.6%.Appropriate in the above-mentioned conditions,AB-8 type macroporous resin column chromatography purification of flavonoids Artemsia argyi better,by the purification of the former 18.4%to 63.36%after purification,the purity of an increase of about 3.4 times,purified in this way Flavonoids had refined the original powder being relatively coarse powder flavonoids yield was 18.0%.3.Supplemented by the use of aqueous ultrasonic method to extract Polysaccharide Artemsia argyi,the single-factor conditions was discussed,the final single-factor based on the four main conditions,the use of orthogonal experimental combination. The best extraction conditions were:Extraction temperature of 80℃,extraction time 150min,ultrasonic 35min,liquid ratio of 30:1.Under the conditions rate of crude polysaccharide extract was about 6.43%,The crude polysaccharide was about 6.12%. Artemsia argyi test extracted crude polysaccharide as brown viscous jelly,Artemsia argyi have a strong aroma,deeper color,and easily dissolved in water of 50℃.
