Liquid uniform membrane is the key component of falling-film absorber to ensure efficient operation. Whether its structure is reasonable directly affects the liquid film-forming effect, membrane stability, heat transfer efficiency, which has relation with productivity of falling-film absorber , quality of the products and life of the equipment.In this paper, the liquid uniform membrane equipment of vertical tube falling-film absorber is studied by experiment, three new types of film-distributor are designed, vertical shedding film-distributor, horizontal shedding film-distributor and rectangle shedding film-distributor . The experiment, which water is the medium, is a single-tube cold model. Observe the condition of uniform membrane around the wall of heat exchange tube and analyzing the variation of unwell-distributed coefficient under different spray density. Evaluate the uniform membrane effect of film-distributor by liquid uniform membrane unwell-distributed coefficient. Study and summarize factors affected by uniform membrane unwell-distributed coefficient of film-distributor, including the difference of inlet flow and placket angle. Measure the flow coefficient of different types of film-distributor .Through experimental testing, we consider that the vertical shedding film-distributor has the advantages as follows: simple structure, stability in operation and ideal effect of uniform membrane. Compare and analyze the condition of uniform membrane of different types of film-distributor to get the minimal sprayed density of vertical shedding film-distributor and rectangle shedding film-distributor: 0.056 L/(m·s) and 0.053 L/(m·s);the effect of horizontal shedding film-distributor is poor.
