Research On The Treatment Of Landfill Leachate By Concentration

Landfill leathate is an high concentration waste water which if not be disposal effectively will have bad influence on the entiroment.This thesis take the ChongQing landfill leachate as a sample(COD=870mg/L,NH3-N=870mg/L),and selects the evaporation concentration and freeze concentration for experimental research. The Major researches are as follows:①Evaporation concentration Under the normal atmosphere,by detecting the concentration of COD and NH3-N of the condensated water from various cyclw of concentratin to study the rule of evaporation concentration of COD and NH3-N.We find that all concentrations of COD in the condensated water from low cyclw of concentratin under 20 mg/L,tend to zero for the middle progress,and it has a shape increase in the end. On the contrary, treatment efficiency of NH3-N is undesirability with 10% more or less;②Studing of the affection of samples'pH to the treatment efficiency of COD and NH3-N. Modulat the samples'pH to 3.0,5.0,7.0 and 8.0 by added H2SO4 and then do the evaporation experiment.We find that whichever period is,the concentration of NH3-N in the consetraed water has a shape depression.On the contrary,the affection on COD's treatment efficiency is not distinctely;③Studing the affection of negative pressure for the evaporation experiment by using vacuum pump. Modulat the pressure of evaporator to 50Kpa,65 Kpa and 80 Kpa and then do the evaporation experiment. Experimental results indicate that the lower the pressure is,the better the purpose we got,especially to the COD.The concentration of COD of concentraed water will under 15 mg/L with 50Kpa and 15 concentraed;④Studing the major influence factors that affect the progress of freeze concentration.Studing the effect of subcoold temperature reduction by air distruction by experiment.Experiment results indicate that the air distuction can reduce subcoold temperatures effectively.Water's freeezing point is -9℃when it is not interrupted but -9℃with air disturbance;⑤Studing the affection of treatment of landfill leachate by air disturbance.We find that we can get better treatment efficiency of NH3-N when we enhance the ventilation with limits.On the contrary,changing the ventilation can not improve the treatment efficiency of COD.
