Rapeseed kernel husk separator is one of the key equipments in the new technology of rapeseed oil preparation by dehulling, low temperature pressing, its work performances have a crucial impact on the rapeseed kernel husk separation. The paper presents the experiment research of factors affecting the rapeseed kernel husk separation to find their main factors in order to improve the effect of kernel husk separation, to choose preferable working parameters for providing the structure design of rapeseed kernel husk separator with some theoretical basis.First, utilizing homemade machine for test equipment, and adapting the general rotatable compositive triangle-factor quadratic regression design method, the parameters affecting the rapeseed vibration hierarchical classification rate are studied experimentally, and the mathematical regression equation model between all kinds of experimental factors and vibration hierarchical classification rate are established by means of statistical analysis and test data. By means of mechimatical simulation, the effect of experimental factors and their alternation action affecting the hierarchical classification rate was analyzed. Then, optimizing the test factors, the preferable combination result was gained: the swing is 1.87mm, frequency is 52.53Hz, material thickness is 22.36mm. As a result, the swing and frequency have a distinct impact on the kernel husk separation rate and the interactions of between the swing and frequency and between the frequency and material thickness bring prominent effect, and by way of synthetic optimization, the hierarchical classification rate is 96.67 percent. Finally, the transfer mechanism of rapeseed kernel husk vibration, the kinematics and kinetics analysis of rapeseed kernel husk separation were carried out.
