Mine blast vibration has always been studied by domestic and foreign scholars in the area of blast as one of the emphases. At the present time, both of the blast vibration velocity and vibration frequency as the blast vibration safety criterion is generally recognized. A lot of great results about blast vibration have been achieved by domestic and foreign scholars, however, owing to the complicacy of the blast vibration law, It is a long-standing problem in the area of engineering blast that the development of the blast theory lags behind the blast technology seriously.Practical blasting vibration has been monitored on Anzigou stope, Fangmayu iron mine of Miyun County. The acquired plentiful practical test data is analyzed from two aspects of blast vibration velocity and main vibration frequency forecast.Firstly, the acquired plentiful is analyzed by linear regression, and the forecast formulas of maximum blasting vibration velocity of any particle at three-direction in space are obtained. Also, statistical analysis of the practical test data is carried out, and it's been found that the vertical blast vibration velocity of particles is not the only blast vibration discriminant criterion, the radial blast vibration velocity could not be ignored, Therefore, the method of choosing the most suitable discriminant criterion is presented by segment distance, and the reliability of blast vibration forecast results could be further improved. Then, the forecast model of main vibration frequency is founded by Back-Propagation Network of MATLAB Neural Network Toolbox, Also, the forecast formula of main vibration frequency is obtained by linear regression of the practical test data , and the error comparative analysis is carried out between them. The results show that both of Back-Propagation Network and the forecast formula could be used to forecast main vibration frequency, but the forecast results of Back-Propagation Network are more accurate than that of the forecast formula and the forecast formula is more convenient, So, any of them has its own superiority.
