A novel lead dioxide electrode modified by newly made manganic mineral and nickel ore powder was prepared by high pressure molding. The composition ofβ-PbO2 were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the surface morphology of anode were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and accelerating life test. The results show that main composition of electrode isβ-PbO2 and the produce-oxygen voltage, electric capability, stability and life of electrode could be improved by doping a certain amount of manganic mineral. This kind of new electrode and the stainless steel plate were used as anode and cathode, respectively,to make electrocatalysis-oxidation degradation of bisphenol A and p-nitrophenol in the stimulant wastewater, in a non membrane electrolytic cell. This new electrode as anode, and regard the stainless steel plate as cathode to degrade stimulant waste water, namely bisphenol A and p-nitrophenol, in a no dissepimental electrolytic cell. The factors such as support electrolyte type, support electrolyte density, the electrolyte density, pH, and current density were studied in the process of degrading waste water. its kinetics of oxidation of parathion were studied. In the experiment of electrolysis oxidation bisphenol A, chooses Na2SO4 as the electrolyte quite was appropriate, also its density was 0.025 mol/L, the electrolysis effect was well, the bisphenol A elimination rate drops along with the bisphenol A initial density increase, but the bisphenol A elimination rate absolute value increases in the same time along with the density increase, the electrolysis bisphenol A solution macroscopic dynamics model study indicated, the lead peroxide electrode electrolysis bisphenol A waste water process conforms to the macroscopic level dynamics rule.In the experiment of electrolysis oxidation p-nitrophenol, chooses NaCl as the electrolyte quite, and in the process product ClO·and ClO2·as the Cl-.The electrolysis 2.0 h p-NP eliminations rate may achieve 99.43% in 30 mA/cm2 current and 10 g/L NaCl, The best electrolysis effect in 10 g/L NaCl, pH=7.2, and k=3.9468h-1, R2=0.9557. Further, the mechanism of electrolysis on lead dioxide anode is also discussed. Hydroxyl is formed during the oxidation of water on lead dioxide electrode and participates in the degradation of organic substance.
