Oganicsilicon wastewater has such characteristics: high strength of COD, strong acidity, high salinity, lead to bad biodegradable property, and difficulty to treat. The objective of this paper is to explore its feasibility of biochemical treatment and obtain a economical and effective technic by small scale experiment in laboratory. It can provide a reference to treat Oganicsilicon wastewater in project. The result of experiment shows that:Though its biodegradable property was bad, after pretreatment, biochemical treatment was feasible to treat oganicsilicon wastewater. COD could be reduced apparently. The wastewater could be treated effectively by the units of pretreatment, UASB, SBR, Fenton. After pretreatment, it was suitable for biochemical treatment. Organic matter could be degraded apparently by biochemical units, reduced from 3000mg L-1 to 600 mg L-1. Some easily degradable organic was added into aerobic unit could improve the COD of effluent .recalcitrant biodegradable substance was oxidized by Fenton reagent, the effluent could reach the discharge standard. The COD removal efficiency could reach 60% in UASB, as hydraulic retention time (HRT) was 26.4h, volume loading rate (VLR) was 2.6 kgCODm-3per day. The COD removal efficiency was more than 40% in SBR, as the period was 16h,the effluent ratio was1/4.The COD that couldn't be degraded by microbe reached 596mg L-1 , the kinetic constants were K1=0.105h-1,S0=155mg L-1 in SBR.. in Fenton unit,The optimum parameters as follows:pH was 3.5, the ratio between n(H2O2)and n(Fe2+) was 10:1, the dosage of H2O2 in 200mL wastewater was 20mL, the retention time was 30min. The COD removal efficiency could reach 40%, lower than 500 mg L-1 in effluent. The total COD removal efficiency could reach 85% in system.
