With the rapid development of technology in our country, beer enterprises have mushroomed rapid rise, industrial production, promoting the development of the national economy at the same time, also brought the new environmental protection issue. Brewery Wastewater contains wheat bad, diatomite, sugar, pectin, hops, waste yeast, a small amount of inorganic salts and organic materials, such as protein, cellulose decomposition of the untreated organic pollutants directly discharged into rivers, lakes, to consume the dissolved oxygen in the water in great quantities, once beyond the water self-purification ability, will cause serious water pollution in our country, will also restrict the sustainable development of beer industry. As a result, beer waste water disposal,national standards, is not only the economic efficiency of enterprises, but also the legal responsibility of serious.In production practice, the beer wastewater treatment based on the combination of biological, biochemical and physicochemical treatment technology. Biochemical treatment commonly used in the activated sludge treatment technology, fixed film (biofilm) treatment technology,anaerobic and aerobic combination of processing technology and other processes. This paper studies the technology of anaerobic pretreatment first, after the aerobic technology, through the anaerobic - aerobic two steps for beer production process of industrial waste water processing.Anaerobic step adopts the expanded granular sludge blanket reactor(EGSB) , aerobic steps using the activated sludge process.Through the contrast test of target sample, record the chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5)parameters, sludge and waste water ratio is constant, the relationship between the removal rate and time, and when a certain time, proportion of sludge and wastewater and removal rate, the relationship between the conclusions prove that anaerobic - aerobic beer production of industrial wastewater treatment process, for the removal rate of CODcr and BOD5 has increased significantly. According to the theory study conclusion,Brewery Wastewater treatment process, should be targeted to adjust the technical indicators, through the removal of suspended solids, control the water temperature, pH adjustment process operation, optimize production,improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment.Through production practice verification anaerobic - aerobic combined treatment of Brewery Wastewater treatment effect. Joint processing method, compared with the single anaerobic biochemical treatment, the removal rate of CODcr and BOD5 has improved significantly, increase around 30%; Compared with the single aerobic biochemical treatment, removal rate of CODcr and BOD5 has increased significantly, increase about 32%. Effluent water quality reach the beer industrial pollutants emission standards prescribed by the state, to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction, pollution prevention, to a certain extent, solve the contradiction between the actual industrial production and environmental protection.
