Effects Of Natural Zeolite Loaded MgO In Wastewater Treatment Of Pig Farms

The paper studied Natural Zeolite loaded MgO as a purification absorption materials,at the basis of discussing on the effect of natural zeolite loaded MgO on adsorption and desorption action of nitrogen, phosphorus,potassium in wastewater,focus on studying its on the purifying effect of pollutants in Hoggery wastewater,the results showed:1.The adsorption isotherms of Nitrogen,Phosphate,Potassium in natural zeolite loaded MgO coincided with Langmuir,Freundlich,Linear-equations with correlation coeffiecient being significant. Comparing to the natural zeolite,the adsorption capacity of nitrogen and potassium did not change obviously by natural zeolite loaded MgO,even lower than the natural zeolite,but the adsorption capacity of phosphates increase obviously,reaching 12 times than the natural zeolite.Description recovery and purification in wastewater of phosphorus by natural zeolite loaded MgO has good potential.2.Desorption rate was different of adsorption of Nitrogen,Phosphate,Potassium by natural zeolite loaded MgO,among the use of potassium chloride as the desorption agent,desorption rate of the adsorption of nitrogen can reach 90.2%;using calcium chloride as the desorption agent,desorption rate of the adsorption of phosphoru can only reach 0.7%;desorption rate of the adsorption of potassium can reach 15.5%.Although desorption capacity of adsorption of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium ion has varied widely,however,the natural zeolite loaded MgO has a good absorption effect of Nitrogen,Phosphate, Potassium in wastewater,description the degree of utilization of absorptioned of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium exist a great of differences.3.At the circumstances of other same conditions,compared to natural zeolite,after atural Zeolite loaded MgO,the purifying effect of pollutants is not the same that were CODcr,ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus,potassium and heavy metals of cadmium,zinc,copper,chromium,iron,arsenic in Hoggery wastewater.Although the rate of removal for Natural Zeolite loaded MgO to CODcr was 40.6%,with about 4.1%lower than the natural zeolite in Hoggery waste- water;to ammonia nitrogen was 88.6%,with about 13.8%higher than the natural zeolite;to phosphorus was 76.2%,with about 12.4%higher than the natural zeolite;to potassium was 55.8%,with about 10.0%lower than the natural zeolite;to various heavy metal ions was 56.3%～87.8%,with about 2.5%～5.5%higher than the natural zeolite.4.Residence times that is Absorption Materials and wastewater is also an important factor of purifying effect,in this experiment designed by three time periods,to 4 hours of purifying effect was the best.5.Absorption materials(Natural Zeolite loaded MgO) effect the purifying of pollutants in Hoggery wastewater to pH value of the environment that are closely related,pH value of the environment directly influence the purifying effect of different pollutants.Among,the rate of removal to CODcr were the highest when pH is 6;the rate of removal to ammonia nitrogen,potassium were the highest when pH is 7;the rate of removal to phosphorus were the highest when pH is 9;the rate of removal to heavy metals of cadmium, zinc,copper,iron,arsenic were the highest when pH is 9;the rate of removal to heavy metals of chromium were the highest when pH is 8.
