Study On Prepration Process And Quality Control Of The Compound Qinlian Granules

Compound Qinlian Granules is a new compound preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which consists of Scutellaria baicahnsis Georgi, Flos Lonicerae, Coptis Chinensis and Uncaria hook. It has the function of clearing away heat and toxic material,eliminating inflammations. Therefore It can be used to cure such symptoms as acute and chronic tonsillitis, acute and chronic faucitis, throat swelling and pain because of the upper respiratory tract infection.With the guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Compound Qinlian Granules was studied on Preclinical pharmaceutical with modern pharmaceutical technology. For the demand of clinic and the nature of its application in prescription, the form of drug was chosen as granules. On the basis of the function and treatment as well as the characters of the component of the herbs, the optimum extract conditions about water-extract were selected by using orthogonal design which use quite a few assessing norms to evaluate them comprehensively. Then, this paper studied the purification methods and formulation design.After that the quality standard of the Compound Qinlian Granules was finished. Determine the content of Scutellaria baicahnsis Georgi in Compound Kanggan granules by RP-HPLC. Use TLC to identify Flos Lonicerae and Coptis Chinensis Then the Preliminary stability was fulfilled. That research indicates that the technique of Preparation was reasonable and practical, the standard was controllable and the quality of the sample were steady as well.
