In the Natural Science Foundation of Gansu Province and Lanzhou University of technology and characteristics of academic research team,funded by the Fund,carried out based on the complexity of reverse engineering method for surface measurement. Will be based on reverse engineering of complex surface measurement technology in mechanical,electrical and mechanical and vehicle-related industries,and effectively shorten the product development time,improve product competitiveness.In this paper,reverse engineering for complex surface measurements to study the material under test laser triangulation method to face the impact of technology,from laser triangulation measurement principle of the non-linear displacement sensor compensation,the measured surface angle,the measured surface features(color,gloss and roughness) have to analyze the causes of errors,and various methods of error compensation factors.The method improves the measurement accuracy.For small-scale mechanical and electrical products,electronic products for measurement of the anti-shape and improve their production in the process of measurement accuracy,has a guiding role.This paper reads as follows:(1) Surface treatment of test to measure the complexity of planning studies,for the rules of free-form surface and were measured to discuss their plan in order to do measurements for data preparation;(2) Error analysis of test materials produced by the principle of reverse engineering based on laser triangulation measurement principle of measuring technology based on the error from the linear theory,the principle of error angle of inclination,the surface of the color error theory and the measured surface gloss and roughness of the principle of error analysis of several aspects of this test is how the body surface error generated for the next step of its theoretical basis for error compensation.(3) Proposed method of error compensation.For non-linear error,the error curves of the integration of sub-processing correction method of BP network;for inclination error,by experiment the first laser to obtain the error curve,after fitting B-spline fitting method,and then based on fitting error curves corresponding to different surfaces are obtained when the error angle,thus the measurement error correction data;for color errors,color calibration through the experimental treatment of the body surface measurement accuracy of measurements and reduce the use of color coverage error;for the gloss and roughness error,made the environment to compensate for light compensation law theory.Through error compensation,the laser triangulation method to improve data accuracy in order to further data processing and surface fitting to deal with.
