Phenol wastewater is one of key controlling objects,which does great harm to environment and becomes a serious problem in environmental treatment, Photocatalytic oxidation of water contaminants is a new method for wastewater treatment.It is widely and deeply studied by researcher for its high photo-degradation efficiency,simple technical equipment,operating controlling easily,none secondary pollution caused.The TiO2 and the TiO2 photocatalyst coated on activated carbon was prepared with Tetrabutyl titanate which are mostly material in the Sol-gel process,the using experiment of phenon photocatalyst degradation,factors,such as initial solution, quantity of H2O2 being affiliated,reation time,illumination intension,times of TiO2 photocatalyst coated on activated carbon,quantity of cativator being affiliated, reaction method,ect.impacting on phenol photodegradation ratio were studied.Results indicate that:(1) using of TiO2:phenol photodegradation ratio decreases with increasing of initial concentration of phenol;pH value effects obviously on phenol photodegradation ratio;under the whole feeble acidity condition,phenol photodegradation ratio is higher in feeble alkalescence condition;phenol photo degradation ratio decreases with the increase of quantity of TiO2 being affiliated;none of TiO2,phenol photodegradation ratio is 11.8%;none of H2O2,phenol photodegradation ratio is 30.2%;when the best quantity of H2O2 being affiliated is 3.5 mL,phenol photodegradation ratio is 44.8%.(2) using of TiO2/AC:with increasing of initial concentration of phenol,phenol photodegradation ratio increases firstly,and then it decreases;under acidity condition and alkalescence condition,pH value of the solution is propitious to phenol photodegradation;phenol photodegradation ratio can go a little lower with the increase of using times of activator;the best quantity of H2O2 being affiliated is 0.3 mol/L;phenol photodegradation ratio is 28.9%in quiescency reaction,48.7%in magnetic force whisk,and 43.6%in aeration plump,disposing effect of using magnetic force whisk is higher than using quiescency reaction and aeration plump.(3) using TiO2/AC photodegradation phenol wastewater is also stuidied in the experiment and the conclusion shows that phenol photodegradation ratio of pharmacy factory,coal factory and coking factory are 68.9%,49.7%and 62.3%.
