Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites has been gotten more widespread and applications in large area.Basalt Fiber have high and steady performance such as water resisting property,acid endurance,alkali resistance,high thermal resistance,compared with glass fiber,Basalt Fiber shows absolute dominant data:abundant resources for production,high cost performance.Using Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer to reinforce woodware,which can overcome the inherent defect of wooden material,increase the useful value of wood,achieve optimal utilization of ungraded wood.it is a good development for wooden material to be applied in building field,including architecture and bridge and other infrastructures.This thesis is mainly about what are as follows:1.Using orthogonal test,inspecting how technological parameter such as pressure units,time,coupling agent affect the bending performance,tension performance of continuous basalt fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin composites(UP-BFRP).A conclusion is that it is important for pressure to effect bending and interlaminar shearing performance,the influence of time is secondly, different coupling agent has the lowest effect on capability of Reinforced Composites,but KH560 is better.The better technological parameters are:pressure units:1-1.25MPa,time:1 hour and 35 min(95min) --1 hour and 45 min(105min),coupling agent:silane coupling agent KH560.2.Making a conclusion about scanning electron microscope:Larger area in each fibre is covered by resin,cohesional strength will be higher;Adding proportionate coupling agent or making use of other methods which can improve the surface property of basalt fibre in order to manufacture UP-BFRP composites with high performance;It is important for resin content to come up to the specific limits.3.Analyzing the gluing mechanism,the interface between resin and fiber,which is the composition of the physical and chemical reaction between coupling agent,firming agent, accelerating agent and resin,fibers,besides,the contents of each ingredient will have an effect.In this experiment,the coupling agent used 1%,firming agent 0.9%,accelerating agent 0.9%.4.Analyzing the interface of BFRP in industrial circle with detecting performance and doing scanning electron microscope,getting some conclusions:the bending performance of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites is best,the tension performance of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Unsaturated Polyester Composites of Haituo NO.1 is best.The feature is that more space between fibres is full of resin,fractured area is clear-cut.Both bending performance and tension performance of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Composites of Taida are all worst.
