Along with population sharp increase and living standards enhancement,the people to the grain,the vegetables,the fruit and so on demand increase,。But because the city expands,questions and so on land desertification,the arable land area reduces day by day,The continuous cropping barrier question becomes the urgent problem.The edaphon is not only one of soil important constituents,the soil material class and the energy flux main pusher,is playing the influential role in the soil formation and the growth process.The edaphon community and the population change may reflect the soil quality to a certain extent the change tendency, Therefore,this research will plan from the edaphon community and the population change angle,the discussion soybean continuous cropping barrier cause,as will discuss the soybean continuous cropping barrier mechanism and the prevention take the time provides the data reference.This experiment take the cornfield earth,1 year soybean Tian Tu(as black earth) to supply to try the soil, in after the soil,the root stubble,the soybean seed carries on different processing separately,Studies the different origin microorganism the influence which grows to the soybean,the continuous cropping planter to the edaphon area is the change influence,and uses the Biolog law evaluation microflora function multiplicity, the research microorganism change carries on the discussion to the soybean continuous cropping barrier function.This test result indicated:(1) the cornfield soil disinfection,the seed disinfection(C group)(H group) the root long difference has not been remarkable with the continuous cropping planter soybean,showed that the seed origin and the continuous cropping microorganism has suppresses the function which the root system grows.The aseptic control group(A group),the cornfield soil disinfection,the seed disinfection(C group),one year soybean earth soil not antiseptic,the seed disinfection(E group),the continuous cropping planter soybean(H group)(G group) the adult plant fresh weight difference has not been remarkable with one year soybean earth,showed that the continuous cropping planter has the inhibitory action to the adult plant growth.(2) one year planter soybean and the continuous cropping planter soybean's edaphon quantity variance is not remarkable,but the area is the composition has the change,S.caeruleus Fusarium quantity has increases obviously.In the rhizosphere microorganism composition fungus's relative quantity is high,edaphon composition to fungus transformation.(3) through uses the Biolog law evaluation microflora function multiplicity,the characteristic carbon source's distinction result indicated:Under soybean continuous cropping situation,in soybean rhizosphere soil microorganism main use carbon source from carbohydrate,amino acid material to organic acids,benzoic acid class material use transformation.The plant root system secretion is one of edaphon community's carbon carbon source use and the cornfield edaphon community to the carbon source use to the benzoic acid and the organic acids material use are more.
