| Gas explosion is a main form of explosion disaster in the industrial process and life area. People's life and property loss during the accident of gas explosion in coal mine. Research on propagation process of gas explosion was paid much attention to and the research is increased. So, important society and economic meaning has been got by research on effects of obstacle on gas explosion in pipelineThe pipeline gas-dust explosion testing device was used on large-bore, long distance and closed pipeline. And a study on explosion process of the mixture by 10% methane-air under obstruct also been worked out.(1) Effect of obstacle on gas explosion in pipeline was studied by the situation of same species, quantity of obstacle and distance by changing of blocking ratio by 40%, 50%, 60%.(2) The effect of quantity for obstructs on gas explosion was studied under the situation of one obstruct, three obstructs, five obstructs and seven obstructs with the same species, blocking ratio and distance.(3) The effect of distance for obstructs was studied under the situation of the same species, blocking ratio and quantity of obstruct, and the changing caused by distance of obstructs.(4) The effect of distance for obstructs was studied under the situation of the same blocking ratio, quantity of obstacle and distance, but changing caused by hemicycle and annulus blocking.Experimental result shows that the blast pressure peak and flame speed increase and the burst duration reduce by adding quantity of obstacle and blocking ratio of obstacles. Little effect on the explosion process been got by varying the distance of obstructs. Much effects has been got by hemicycle obstruct is larger than annulus on the gas explosion.The usage of the research can give advice to prevention and control of gas burst from the work of the paper. Some help of protecting of gas explosion also been got from the study work of the paper. |
