As a basic infrastructure of the city,underground drainage channels have become an integral part of our lives.However,in recent years,explosions of underground sewage pipelines have continued to appear in newspapers and television.People are now under threat from underground drainage channels.Therefore,in this paper,with the background of oil and gas leaking into the drainage channel,taking methane-oil and gas as the research object,relying on the project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,“Explosion Mechanism and Prevention of Oil and Gas Mixture in Urban Drainage Culvert”?51474151?,an experimental system has been independently built.The explosion propagation characteristics of methane-oil-gas mixture gas and the influence of water,N2,and CO2 explosion-proof media on the experiment pipeline were studied experimentally.The main work and conclusions are as follows:?1?Constructed an experimental pipeline with liquid atomization system that can detect flame speed and pressure;?2?The explosion of methane-oil-gas mixture in the pipeline shows that the flame speed first rises and then falls along the pipeline,and reaches its peak at 0.5m from the ignition end;?3?The explosion pressure of methane-oil-gas mixture gas increases continuously along the pipeline,reaches a peak at 1.375m from the ignition end,and then begins to decline.The maximum explosion pressure can reach 1.85MPa;?4?In the course of suppression of explosion of methane-oil-gas mixture by fine water mist,proper amount of water mist will act as an obstacle and accelerate the spread of flame;?5?Both N2 and CO2 have a good inhibitory effect on methane-oil-gas mixture explosion,and the N2 concentration and CO2 concentration are linearly related to the maximum explosion pressure.?6?The inhibition effect of CO2 gas on methane-oil-gas mixture explosion is better than that of N2.
