Because the traditional Bittern technics have low recovery rate, poor economics and high energy consumption, Bittern resources have beenn't fully utilized , and they have been eventually discharged into the sea after recycling in brine pan. On the one hand, Bittern resources are wasted resources ,and near-shore marine environment are polluted. On the other hand, as some of bittern in brine pan cycle in the long-term, the quality of sea salt become worse. At present, the country have actively advocated to build the economical society,take the road of sustainable development and develop recycling economy. At the same time, the country have actively developed the comprehensive utilization of Bittern resources to achieve its'zero discharge'.In this paper, the project adopts "zeolite ion-sieve Bittern water extraction method of potassium sulfate and comprehensive utilization of energy efficient technology" ,which has an independent intellectual property rights. I through participating in the Large-scale chemical projects feasibility research with assessing the work,in doing the market survey well,analysing predicting,foundation of the work that choosing,technology is chosen at the site of factory,choosing Production equipment , the analysis of Environmental Protection Measures,etc.,the method to use economic evaluation,rely mainly on evaluation index of the trends while making static behavior subsidiary,determine the nature and combine with quantitative analysis,analyse about the economic feasibility and rationality of the project that proves,made comparisons overallly,objeetive,just economic evaluation.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part introduce economic evaluation of the relevant theory to provide a theoretical basis for the paper. Part 2 analyzes the market prospects of this project. On the basis of it, part 3 analyzes the feasibility of the project. The last two parts are the focus of this paper. First of all, with respect to the economic evaluation, through the project financial analysis and uncertainty analysis ,this article had a conclution that the project has very good profitability and ability to resist risks. At the same time, with respect to the social context, it can achieve Bittern use of "zero emissions" to avoid marine pollution, as well as to enhance technical and economic sectors of China's sea level, for the formation of the marine chemical industry to contribute to high-tech industries.
