Since electroluminescent characteristics of poly(p-phenylene vinylene)(PPV)was firstly reported by Burroughes et al. in 1990, this multi-functional photovoltaic material has been focused on, and the design , synthesis, luminescence mechanism of the electroluminescent polymers and the fabrication of Electroluminescent Devices have become a hot research.PPV has not only good photoluminescence and electroluminescence characteristics, but also good characteristics of photovoltaic conversion, nonlinear optical properties. PPV and its derivatives'applications in light-emitting diodes,flat panel display indicate that the study on this type of polymer is gradually maturing.Nano-science and technology is a new technology since 1980s and has opened up a new level of understanding world, marking the coming of nanotechnology era.In the inorganic nano-materials,the study of the metal nano-materials is a important part of nanotechnology research field,which are being paid close attentions. It's special microstructure of Metal nano-materials that leads to a number of specific physical and chemical properties. In addition, nano-semiconductor materials are those which do not exist in nature, but are a new type of artificial materials, being different from their bulk materials. With the dimensionality and size dicreased(≤100nm), quantum size effect, quantum interference effect, quantum tunneling effect, Coulomb blockade effect and nonlinear optical effect can be reflected more and more obviously, which shows the specific property of the semiconductor materials.In this paper, we take silver (Ag) and lead sulfide (PbS) as the research objects, because of their respective representativeness in the metal and semiconductor nano-materials, use the physical doping, electrospinning, molecular self-assembly technology to achieve the PPV / Ag composite nanofibers and PPV / PbS composite nanofibers'preparation, and synthetic materials are characterized by means of modern analysis technology. This study not only enriches the study on inorganic nanoparticles preparation methods, but also provides a good reference about the study of action mechanism between inorganic nano-particles and the conductive polymer material, then speeds up the polymer materials'practical course.
