Mercury is a highly toxic element and is a global pollutant, primarily atmospheric mercury in the form of migration at the global level. Have applied the massive mercury from the last century 50-60 age chlorine alkali industry's development and gold ore mining, has had the very tremendous influence for the global environment. In Minamata Disease in Japan and Iraq, "seed" after the incident, people are increasingly concerned about the study of mercury pollution.China's Songhua River along the coast have a lot of gold mining area, Huadian City, Jilin Province, which Jiapigou gold mining history of nearly a hundred years, the amalgamation process of the use of the mercury, the mercury in the region pollution. In this paper, to the atmospheric mercury in the region, including the main body of water, soil and plant monitoring and other environmental media to study the effects of atmospheric mercury, as well as the spatial and temporal variability. The study found the concentration of atmospheric mercury are highly transient, mainly due to the impact of wind speed and temperature, summer temperature and atmospheric mercury concentrations were positively correlated, wind speed and atmospheric mercury concentrations were negatively correlated, with correlation coefficient larger than that with these two factors and closely related to the role of the opposite: high-temperature, high mercury content in the atmosphere, wind speed, and low mercury content in the atmosphere; the fall of atmospheric mercury concentrations were negatively correlated with wind speed, and temperature was not obvious relevance, given its frequency is mainly affected by higher temperature inversion in autumn effects; the time of atmospheric mercury concentrations for the concentration distribution of the performance in general appear in the morning and evening peak, at lower concentrations, with temperature changes; the spatial distribution of performance from the mining law, the tailings area, such as the more recent release of mercury, the atmosphere the characteristics of the higher mercury concentration; environmental media in the distribution of mercury as follows: sediment> Soil> Plant> water; and plant the roots of mercury content was significantly higher than that of the stem.In this paper, the pollution index, the potential ecological risk index and Nemerow composite index method to evaluate the experimental results showed that: the total mercury in water is most severe pollution, soil pollution levels were moderate, sediment, plants All severe pollution; from the perspective of ecological risk assessment of all elements of the sampling points of the ecological risk of mercury are very strong level of mercury can be seen in the area of ecological risk very serious.
