POMs have received considerable attention in field of electrochemistry owing to their interesting structures,reversible redox activities and excellent electrocatalytic properties.We designed and synthesized inorganic-organic hybrid materials based on polyoxometalates according to the properties of materials.It was used as a bulk-modifier to fabricate a modified carbon paste electrode(CPE),and we also investigated their electrochemical and electrocatalytic properties.1,Inorganic-organic hybrid polyoxometalates nanoparticles have been prepared.It is immiscible in water but dissolves in organic media such as benzene,chloroform.IR,electrochemical properties and TG measurement indicated that the POM has been successfully encapsulated with DODA·Cl.Then this inorganic-organic hybrid polyoxometalates nanoparticles was used as a bulk-modifier to fabricate a modified carbon paste electrode(CPE) by direct mixing.The electrochemical behavior of the SEC-CPE in acidic aqueous solution is characterized by cyclic voltammetry.2,Keggin-type tungstophosphoric heteropolyacid anion(PW12) and water-insolvable cobalt tetraaminophthalocyanine(CoTAPc) were firstly used as bulk-modifier to fabricate a modified carbon paste electrode(CPE) by direct mixing.Cyclic voltammetry was employed to investigate the electrochemical properties of the PW12-CoTAPc -CPE in different aqueous solution.The PW12-CoTAPc -CPE displays good electrochemical activity not only toward the reduction of bromate,but also toward the oxidation of hydrazine.3,We designed and synthesized three kind of inorganic-organic hybird materials based on polyoxometalates.IR,TG measurements indicated that the POMs have been successfully encapsulated with DODA·Cl.Magnetic measurements showed that the magnetic properties of hybird materials have been maintained and there is no interaction between polyoxometalates and DODA.
