Zinc sulfide(ZnS) as a light-emitting materials and electro-optical material with excellent performance has a very good application prospect.Preparation of nano-ZnS semiconductor materials has aroused the enthusiasm of many scholars.In This paper, ZnS nanowires were fabricated by the electrochemical deposition method embedded in Porous anodie aluminum oxide templates.The main research content and results are as follows:1.Template method is that using the Porous anodie aluminum oxide templates to synthesis nanowires.So,the the first priority is fabricating the Porous anodie aluminum oxide(AAO).AAO templates had been prepared through two-step anodizing oxide method.It was obtained the optimum condition of fabricating AAO templates through experiments.The AAO templates were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The result of XRD indicated that the crystallographic orientation of Al2O3 crystal is(200).The SEM image shows that the hole of the AAO templates were well-distributed,and the diameter of the AAO templates were uniform.Based on the above statement,the remaining aluminum layer was removed in a saturated SnCl4 solution and the barrier of the AAO templates was etched.The author removed the remaining aluminum layer and the barrier of the AAO templates using installation which was self-designed.The SEM pattern indicated that the remaining aluminum layer and the barrier of the AAO templates were removed successfully.2.After fabricating the AAO templates,a layer of Au was sputtered onto one side of the AAO templates to serve as the working electrode in an electrochemical cell. ZnS nanowires were electrochemically deposited into the nanopores of the AAO templates in the DMSO solution of S and ZnCl2.The sample was studied by XRD, SEM and Photoluminescence(PL) spectrum.The SEM image shows that ZnS nanowires were embedded in AAO template,the diameter of which was in accord with the AAO aperture.Two emission bands have been observed in the PL spectrum of ZnS nanowires.One is at 420 nm while the other is at about 520 nm. 3.On the base of fabricating ZnS nanowires successfully,This thesis's innovative point was that ZnS nanowires was doped with Mn.Up to now,ZnS:Mn were almost synthesized by hydrothermal method.In this article,ZnS:Mn was made by the electrochemical deposition method embedded in AAO template for the first time.And the sample was tested by PL spectrum.The PL spectrum showed that the peak of the Mn2+ center located at 590nm. |
