A Research Of Industry Regulation For Environmental Improvement

As a quick developing country, Chinese environment deterioration which is resulted from industrial pollution is a realistic problem. Although government have designed a series of industrial regulation policies that aims at improving environment, executive condition and effect of these policies are not perfect, environmental problem is still stern.This paper adopts research technique of nature and quantity combination, example and specification combination, home is compared with world. First, it introduces the meaning of industrial regulation and related theory; Secondly, it analyses the existing problem of these regulation policies and the reasons that can't improve environment effectively; Thirdly, it discusses regulation policies which developed countries use and the reference value for our country; Fourcely it establishes a theory game model which is about policies implementation and draw a conclusion that we should strengthen implementation; Finally, it advances some countermeasure and suggestion from policies & implementation & estimate aspects which is about how to strengthen the industrial regulation in order to realize "win-win" situation between economic development and environmental improvement in our country.
