Fungal infection is a common,frequently-occurring disease.In recent years,with a large number of broad-spectrum antibiotics,antineoplastic agents,immunosuppressant used and AIDS pandemic,the immunity of the human body has decreased.At the same time,antifungal agents have been abused to result in fungal resistance,the deep mycotic infecting morbidity has significantly increased.So,developing a new generation of broad-spectrum,low toxicity and highly effective antifungal agents is a urgent thing to do.Pyrazoline is extremely important five heterocyclic compounds of contain nitrogen. There are many ways of synthesis of such compounds.It is reported that most of the pyrazoline compounds have a strong biological activity,such as anti-bacterial, anti-virus,anti-TB,insecticidal activity.At the same time,some pyrazoline compounds also have anti-inflammatory,anti-convulsive,anti-diabetes,anti-high blood pressure, antidepressants,narcotics,sedation,conscious-sedation and other efficiencys.Based on the research and development,a series of novel porphyrin derivatives were designed and synthesized and their antimicrobial activities were investigated.The structures of compounds obtained were confirmed by IR,1H NMR and 13NMR.In this work,63 compouds were synthesized.
