Wire rope plays very important role in the various national economy departments which is the key component in the lifting,transportation,and carrying equipment to upgrade.Because of the complexity of stock structure and the poor working conditions make wire rope easy to wear and tear,corrosion,fatigue,injury and so on,resulting in decreased strength and potential safety problems.In this paper,research on non-destructive testing of wire rope's actual needs.The paper give comprehensive analysis and discussion on technology of non-destructive testing of wire rope at home and abroad,It studies in-depth the weak magnetic rope testing principle,the magnetic detection devices and the characteristics of the wire rope signal in detail.In help of ourselves laboratory condition,a new detection technology which is weak magnetism non-destructive detection technology of wire ropes failure for features test,at the same time,the paper made comments on signal conversion module of weak magnetic non-destructive detection of wire rope systems.At the first,the paper introduces the structure and type of wire rope, characteristics of wire rope defects and end-of-life standard,while based on the theory of ferromagnetic for the theoretical analysis of wire rope magnetic force effect,and then explained the concept of weak magnetic on the weak magnetism non-destructive detection technology of wire ropes failure,finally showing the method of magnetize about weak magnetism non-destructive detection technology, and has made the comparison on the weak magnetism detection and the traditional of strong magnetism detection.At the same time,the definition of detection techniques is explained,give description and theoretical analysis for static sensor model and dynamic model in detail;Analysis the principle of the magnetic field vector of the subject sensor,and describe the mathematical model.Second,the paper give a simple description for the weak magnetism non-destructive detection technology of wire ropes failure system,and do some research of signal conversion for the specific hardware,give specific interface circuit,the associated timing diagrams and code to initialize for the ICL7109,SJA1000 and the specific interface circuit AT89C51,and achieve the system design.Accordingly with this system implementation has dual role in field monitoring to site monitoring and remote monitoring,at the same time,describes the great significance in detection wire rope of remote monitoring and controlling.The focus of this paper is use the working conditions of ownself laboratory,in the laboratory the weak magnetism non-destructive detection technology of wire ropes failure system installed pulley on a new type of wire rope general performance testing machine.In the process of the wire rope fatigue testing,on-line monitoring of wire rope break,wear,fatigue,corrosion and so on,collection wire rope injury data and extraction of damage signal characteristics.At the same time improving the system of weak magnetism non-destructive detection technology of wire ropes failure,testing the application of the system repeatability and consistency,and use information fusion technology to analysis of the relevant data,summing up and findings of the trial conclusions.In order to further improve the experience on detection of weak magnetism non-destructive detection technology of wire ropes failure.Try to reduce the premature end-of-life waste under the conditions of wire rope safe operation.
