| The steel wire rope is widely applied to a lot of project applications.So its using security is focused on by many people.The wire rope electromagnetism testing technology is sorted to testing of strong magnetism and testing of weak magnetism from the magnetization intensity.This research is put forward for the project of the wire ropes nondestructive testing principle and technique of weak magnetism.The theoretical research of wire rope's magnetic figures of weak magnetism and the compound magnetic figures of wire rope and weak magnetism sensors is needed by the testing of weak magnetism.So make use of finit element software ANSYS,this dissertation analyzes the wire rope's magnetic figures of weak magnetism in many kinds of wires broken according to modeling.The analysis result is proved and summarized and some disciplines of wire rope's magnetic figures of weak magnetism are found.Firstly,this dissertation analyzes the magnetic figures of a single parallel strand, which contains three kinds of situation:a single broken wire and multi broken wires in the outer face,a single broken wire in the inter face.The magnetic induction is analyzed in the three situations.And the analysis result is proved through analytic method,which provided stable foundation for the future research.Secondly,this dissertation analyzes the magnetic figures of stranded wires, which contains four kinds of situation:zero defect,a single broken wire and multi broken wires in the outer face,a single broken wire in the inter face.Stranded wires is modeled in the software SOLIDWORKS,then is imported into ANSYS.The result shows that when zero defect,there is magnetic leakage flux around stranded wires.According to this,we can get the pure signal of a single broken wire after the primary signal subtracted.Meanwhile,there are some disciplines.Finally,the stranded wires' magnetic figures of weak magnetism and the compound magnetic figures of stranded wires and weak magnetism sensors are studied.It also contains four kinds of situation:zero defect,a single broken wire and multi broken wires in the outer face,a single broken wire in the inter face.After analyzed and compared,the result provides the basis of multiplexing weak magnetism sensors' signal processing technology.Then it proves that wavelet analysis is suitable for the signal processing of wire ropes testing of weak magnetism through the analysis of a array of signal of wire ropes testing of weak magnetism with the software MATLAB. |
