With China's reform and opening up policy, coastal economic develops by leaps and bounds, exploiting nuclear energy structure is an effective choice that optimizing energy structure, adjusting the energy distribution, meeting the demand of energy with economic and social development. At the mean time of bringing enormous economic and social benefits, nuclear power plant inevitably discharges radionuclides under normal operation. The impacts of radionuclides effluent on the surrounding environment have always been given great attention. The diffusion of radionuclides in sea is closely related with the tide law.In the paper, based on the trend of Daya Bay area, the tidal wave equation was solved by using Pseudospectral method and Finite Spectral Quick Scheme, the calculated results were compared with measured value and results calculated by ADI method, and difference between the two methods was elaborated. It was quest for a reasonable calculation method of irregular area to alleviate the perfect calculation region and fluid local region contradictions. On the basis of calculation of Daya Bay tidal field, with the measured wind of Daya Bay area, the diffusion of the liquid radionuclides discharged from nuclear power plant was simulated by using Lagrange particle random walks. The simulation results about the relation concentration distribution of the radionuclides and the relative concentration at different sampling points were obtained. The simulation program was written in Fortran, data was processed by Matlab software. The calculation method and the results can provide reference for calculating other sea tidal fields and information for anderstanding the effect of radionuclides effluent on the surrounding environment, and also can provede reference for the Daya Bay nuclear power plant to reasonable discharge radionuclides.
