In recent years, the algae is widely concerned as the ideal materials of biological repairation. Gracilaria ,belonging to tropical or temperate, subtropical algae, are distributed in China's coastal regions. Gracilaria is the type of strong adaptability and fast growth, high yield, simple cultivation method and promotion easily. The experient will choose large algae--Gracilaria(Gracilaria tenuistipitata Var.liui Zhang et Xia) as research materials , Cd heavy metal ions as pollution factor,through the indoor static simulation experiments, studing on both the effect on the physiological and biochemical functions of Gracilaria and the effect on its resorption, adsorption and accumulation with regard to Cd2+ under the interaction of the nitrogen. The result shows: 1, On the condition of scarcing N,P, adding the appropriate concentration ratio of N,P (N:P=10:1,N:160μmol.L-1,P:16μmol.L-1,NH4+:NO3-=1:1) will be good to Gracilaria's growth, and its transient growth ratio can get to 4.3%.d-1, the primary productivity get to 243mgC.m-3.d-1, the contents of various kinds of photosynthetic pigments, the activities of SOD, POD and the absorption ratio of total N are all super than other concentration ratios of N,P. 2, When the concentration ratio of N,P is evaluate(N:P=10:1,NH4+:NO3—=3:1), on the condition of scarcing N,P, adding the appropriate concentration of N,P(N:560μmol.L-1,P:56μmol.L-1)will be good to Gracilaria's growth, and its transient growth ratio can get to 9.7%.d-1, the primary productivity get to 255mgC.m-3.d-1, the contents of various kinds of photosynthetic pigments except phycoerythrobilin, Pro, proteinum, T-AA, the activities of CAT, NR are all super than other concentration of N,P. 3, Adding the appropriate concentration of N,P(N:560μmol.L-1,P:56μmol.L-1) will improve purifying capacity to Cd2+, and its removal ratio, adsorption quantity and accumulation quantity to Cd2+ are all super than other concentration of N,P. 4, Adding the appropriate concentration of N,P(N:560μmol.L-1,P:56μmol.L-1) will be good to Gracilaria's growth when its under the stress of Cd2+ , and its growth ratio, the primary productivity, the contents of various kinds of photosynthetic pigments, Pro, proteinum, the activities of ACP, SOD, POD, CAT, NR are all super than other concentration of N,P. Through those research, We can make a preliminary appreciation on Gracilaria tenuistipitata Var. about its depollution with regard to Cd2+. And it will be a rationale for us to make a deep approach on both Gracilaria's physiological and biochemical mechanisms when its under the heavy metals'stress and Gracilaria's in-service use in environment of heavy metal contamination.
