| This thesis investigated the content of soil Cu and soil Zn along a pollution gradient with increasing distance from Hongtoushan smelter factory of Fushun China, and the nematode communitis. Study the effect of Cu and Zn on soil nematode communities. The results showed that the contents of total Cu, total Zn available Cu and available Zn in the field reduce with increasing distance from the smelter, the contents of Cu and Zn belong to quality classⅢat site A and site B.At the different sites, at the depth of 0~20cm, the number of the total nematode, the bacterivores, the fungivores, plant-paresites and the omnivores-predators have significant differences. Significant correlations exist between the total nematode and the total Cu, totalZn, available Cu, available Zn. The fungivores group can be the indicator of compound contamination of Cu and Zn.Acrobeloides and Paratylenchus was the dominant genus at the all sampling sites. Paraphelenchus was dominant at site A and site B, but was little at site C and site D. the three genuses were significant differences at the four sampling sites, can be the indicator of soil heavy metal contamination. Ecological indices S, WI, F/B, J', BI, SI and NCR negatively correlated with soil Cu and Zn, can estimate soil pollution. |
