When submarine navigated for long time, the problem of what should do to improve cabins atmosphere environment and continue providing oxygen always troubled scientists? The article would research the key technology of oxygen regeneration while submarine was on long-time navigation, design the integrational program of oxygen management, and strengthen the oxygen regeneration system long-term statbility results. On the base of analysis on a great deal of techniques,a 50-man capacity of environmental control and life support system (ECLSS) were achieved by solid amine regenerative carbon dioxide controllable technology, Sabatier carbon dioxide reduction technology and solid polymer electrolyte(SPE) oxygen regenerator by electrolysis technology. In this paper,it was showed that the design processes and the performances of the matching scheme of solid amine regenerative carbon dioxide controllable technology,Sabatier carbon dioxide reduction technology and solid polymer electrolyte(SPE) oxygen regenerator by electrolysis technology, the system components parameter and the opration. At last,it confirmed the oprability and statibility of the system. The maching system of CO2 removel and O2 regeneration utilizes the processes of solid amine resin bed,Sabatier reactor,SPE electrolytic cell.It use on-line controlling technology to monitor and control the process system. The flow of CO2,H2,CH4 was mearured by mass flowmeter. The concentrations of CO2,H2 and CH4 were analyzed by chromatography. The project set up an effective,safe,low-powerful disposal removel and regenerational system. The ECLSS can maintain the crews normal life, maximize the efficiency and reduce the operating costs.
