With the rapid development of Chinese national economy, chemicals and the lives of the people close more, petrochemical industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy. Inflammable, explosive and toxic gases in the production storage, leakage in the process of gradually being concerned about the proliferation of accidents, has become widespread concerned world of the environment and security issues in today. In order to effectively address this major issue, In this study, the leaking dangerous gases to simulate diffusion process. After leakage accident, we can timely, promptly, effectively and intuitively response, The proliferation of dangerous gas leakage accidents and dangerous process to make accurate predictions of regional, and serve as a basis for formulating appropriate contingency measures. Therefore, the environmental risk assessment of the dangerous gas diffusion pattern of the method is of great significance.Author through extensive papers research and analysis of the existing proliferation of dangerous gases leaking various numerical model (Gaussian plume model, Gaussian puff model, BM model, Sutton model, FEM3 model, and so on) , and details of the impact of the proliferation of dangerous gases. Based on the current situation at home and abroad have studied the advantages and disadvantages of various models, Gaussian model in that the proliferation of dangerous gas leak at an emergency application in the field of the more common. Therefore choose Gaussian model to its numerical simulation studies.In this paper, using relatively popular Excel spreadsheet software to simulate the Gaussian model , selecting Tools, Macro, Visual Basic editor, entered VBA programming environment, Inserting a new module, adding the code means the completion of the preparation process. Then in the Excel environment, enter a few simple drag Excel data and the large number of filled-filled handle the same data, the results can be obtained immediately. Finally, the chlorine leak accident examples of calculation. It is can be seen the original large complicated data processing work. Excel can be calculated quickly by the results, and accurate and reliable.At present in the atmosphere in the environmental impact assessment, the universal application of more mature domestic "atmosphere EIA assistant" (EIAA) software, and in the atmosphere in the field of environmental risk assessment are not yet popularization related software, this article hopes to provide thought, a way to provides the convenience for the atmospheric environment risk assessment.
