Modern chemical ammonia production enterprises use automated raw material supply,uninterrupted production,A number of low pressure or high pressure liquid ammonia tanks need to be installed on the pressure pipeline and in the finished product area to adjust the operating rate of each link device,Load pressure on production and storage of finished products to ensure work safety of ammonia related enterprises,The new industrialization and urbanization have been continuously promoted,and the unbalanced development of regional economy and science and technology has led to a backward safety supervision system,The basic problems such as the safety consciousness of the masses and the weak legal consciousness have not been solved in time.Once the leakage of liquid ammonia tank will cause great harm to people's lives and property safety,Therefore,it is necessary to ensure the work safety of liquid ammonia tanks and study the emergency rescue system for liquid ammonia tank safety production.First of all,the characteristics of liquid ammonia tank,storage method,design concept and standard,and general works safety standards at home and abroad are systematically analyzed,Based on the characteristics of liquid ammonia storage tank,the hidden trouble of ammonia liquid storage tank in ammonia enterprises in chemical industry was investigated,according to the relevant theory of accident causation and the relevant laws and regulations system to analyze the risk factors of the liquid ammonia tank leakage and leakage on the table,the mechanism of the liquid ammonia tank leakage accident emergency analysis can provide technical guidance for liquid ammonia tank.Through the analysis of the consequence of leakage of liquid ammonia tank,the risk of leakage of liquid ammonia tank was summarized and the model of predicting the accident consequence of liquid ammonia tank was constructed,The consequence assessment of liquid ammonia leakage in Gauss' s misty rain model based on MATLAB could provide certain scientific and technological support for the emergency rescue system of liquid ammonia tank leakage accident.Secondly,the liquid ammonia tank leakage accident emergency rescue system was constructed through the analysis on the basis of risk prevention and control system,emergency rescue network management platform,emergency rescue organization system,emergency rescue mechanism,emergency system,emergency rescue mechanism,disaster recovery system and other major parameters.The analysis of membership indicators between the correlation and the combination of the expert survey index to evaluate the primary set,so as to choose a part of no great importance index to determine the risk prevention and control system,the daily construction work,emergency plans and exercises,information transmission and alarm system,on-site disposal capacity,resources guarantee mechanism,organization system,post disaster emergency rescue cleaning and recovery system of the eight finger,Location of liquid ammonia tank leakage accident emergency rescue evaluation criterion layer index system,a class of quasi sub index measuring layer was analyzed,So as to determine the capability index system of emergency rescue and evaluation for liquid ammonia tank leakage accidents.Finally,through the FTA evaluation model,AHP fuzzy evaluation model the failure probability of leakage accident emergency system of liquid ammonia tank and enterprises involved in ammonia ammonia tank leakage emergency rescue system reliability assessment results were calculated.A new GA-BP neural network evaluation model was put forward,and the failure probability of the ammonia tank leakage emergency rescue system was calculated as the output value of GA-BP neural network ideal training by using the FTA evaluation model,According to experts and enterprise safety management technicians,the ammonia enterprises are graded,and the sample data was normalized to be used as input value of GA-BP neural network.To predict the reliability of emergency rescue system for ammonia tank leakage accident in ammonia Enterprises,By comparing the horizontal fuzzy analysis model,the GA-BP neural network evaluation model with the mean square error of0.012 is better than the hierarchical fuzzy theory evaluation model with the mean square error of 0.014.In this paper,the leakage mechanism of ammonia liquid storage tank,the analysis of the accident consequence and the influence of the property of the exitstructure on the evacuation efficiency were discussed,And the reliability of certain theoretical and practical research,for improving the safety of liquid ammonia tank production and emergency rescue accidents has some realistic meaning.
