Since the 20th century,the 80's,people began to focus on the research of nanometer-structured materials.In the timber industry,the nanometer wood flour used in complexity wood carving products,wood-plastic composite material,fillers of composite materials,wood liquefaction,environmental protection,etc.What's more,timber is the only renewable materials in the four major natural resources,which provides a rich source of raw materials for the production of wood flour.The main research content in this paper is to research a production processes and equipment that would process the wood flour whose granularity come to Sub-Nanometer level. The paper has analysis on literature of the theoretical research results of Sub-Nanometer wood flour at home and abroad,the status and trends of wood flour processing,the technology and principle in existing wood flour processing equipment,etc.The paper Explores double cycle principle of cutting smash processing and hybrid classification on the base of working principle in machinery smash and airflow crush,and the electrostatic adsorption mechanism.Discuss the main technical parameters in quality indicators of wood floor.Identify the section shape and cutting force and power in processing of the Sub-Nanometer wood flour.Analysis dynamic modeling in cutting crushed.Raise kinetic equation in the wood flour suspension balance. Expound application of air separation process and electrostatic adsorption principle in this equipment.Innovate the machining process of Sub-Nanometer wood flour production.Design and research the structures of main components of this equipment that used cutting method to smash wood flour.In addition,bring up design requirements of explosion-proof system according to the characteristics of the equipment's processing and detailed analysis of airflow, electrostatic,mechanical heat,powder concentration and so on influencing factors that easily lead to an explosion of wood flour in the equipment Systems.The High-quality Sub-Nanometer wood flour processing technology is the best way to enhance value of timber.The production processed by the program provided in this paper can effectively resolve problems in traditional products and achieve processing of many other valuable products only in theory before and greatly enhance the Added-value and technological content.It can achieve a higher economic and social benefits,promote the people's wealth and economic prosperity in producing areas when invest and build factories according to plan if the research results become into industrialization.So it has high economic and technology value.
