The Man-made emissions of heat, pollutants and the Change in the nature of surface lead to city's climate change and atmospheric pollution. For this point, this article use the methods of inversion from remote sensing image to estimate the temperature field, air pollution and distribution of vegetation, and make a systemic analysis to these information. The content of the research included: the methods of remote sensing image pre-preprocessing, specifically processing of Hyperion data. specifically processing of Hyperion data. analysis and summary to the existing methods and theories of acquisition the temperature field and atmospheric aerosol from satellite remote sensing. And an inversion method for this study was put forward; Calculating the temperature field and vegetation index from Landsat-5 imagery in Harbin area; Inversion of the distribution of pollutant aerosol and the information of city intensive area from Hyperspectral imagery in the winter city; establishing temperature filed gradient, air pollution and vegetation gradient model of urban and exurb area; And relation of the three factors was analyzed, their internal relationship was also discussed. On the basis of many theories and methods of aerosol inversion, the concept of "synthetic aerosol" was introduced, an inversion method of atmospheric aerosol adapting to this study was summed up. That is, making mixed-pixel decomposition using SWIR bands of Hyperion imagery, reconstruction to reflectivity image of visible bands from reflectivity of those unpolluted purity pixel, and combining with the empirical formula and atmospheric transmission model the thickness of artificial aerosol was calculated, which was taken as air pollution indicators.By analyzing the relationship of these information, their internal relationship was researched. As well the temperature field, atmosphere pollutant and vegetation gradient models were established. The results showed that vegetation coverage and temperature showed a clear negative correlation. That is to say the lower the degree of vegetation coverage, the higher the temperature, and vice versa; The temperature, vegetation distribution, and distribution of the pollution were all significantly correlated with the distance from the city. The modelling result showed that the more far away from the city the lower the temperature, while also the level of atmospheric pollution was reduced, the distribution of vegetation was just right opposite.
