Rare earth ions, salicylic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline take on bacteriostastic and inflammation-diminishing activities, and thioproline possesses function as anticancer drugs which can make cancer cell reverse to normal cell, therefore, to study the themochemical of mixed complex of rare earth with salicylic acid and thioproline can fill a gap in their themodynamical functions, and to explore their bacteriostastic activities is of positive significance to improve the study of high efficiency and low toxicity medication.The main contribution of this thesis includes:Firstly, the mixed complex of rare earth with salicylic acid and thioproline were synthesized and characterized by IR, elementary analysis, thermogravimatric analysis and chemical analysis .Secondly, the mixed complex of rare earth with salicylic acid and 8-hydroxyquinoline were synthesized and characterized by IR, elementary analysis, thermogravimatric analysis and chemical analysis.Thirdly, basing on the themochemical cycles of reactions designed, the dissolution enthalpies of different reactants and products systems were mensurated in solutions by a improved, precision, automatic and isoperibol calorimeter, furthermore, the themochemical cycles of reactions proved with UV spectrums and refractive indexes.Fourthly, in terms of Hess Law, the reactions enthalpies of seven reactions and the standard molar enthalpies of formation of seven complexs were evaluated:△fHm(?)[La(C7H5O3)2(C4H6NO2S)·2H2O(s), 298.15K]= -3017.0±3.7 kJ·mol-1 ,△fHm(?)[Ce(C7H5O3)2(C4H6NO2S)·2H2O(s), 298,15K]= -2876.4±3.2 kJ·mol-1,△fHm(?)[Nd(C7H5O3)2(C4H6NO2S)·2H2O(s), 298.15 K]= -2867,1±3.1 kJ·mol-1,△fHm(?)[Sm(C7H5O3)2(C4H6NO2S)·2H2O(s),298.15K]= -2912.0±3.1 kJ·mol-1,△fHm(?)[La(C7H5O3)2·(C9H6NO)(s), 298.15K]=-2076.5±3.9 kJ·mol-1,△fHm(?)[Nd(C7H5O3)2·(C9H6NO)(s), 298.15K]= -2031.8±3.1 kJ·mol-1,△fHm(?)[Sm(C7H5O3)2·(C9H6NO))s), 298.15K]= -2055.9±3.0 kJ·mol-1.
