Eutrophication of water bodies has become an international environmental disaster. Especially harmful seasonal algal blooms seriously hinder the economic development and standard of living. To address the solutions to the problem of water bodies eutrophication is not only an urgent need in environmental issues in china, but also an international scientific goal.In this thesis, a basic and applied research on the flocculation separation with a magnetism technology was performed based on lab experiment at the Key Laboratory of Ion Beam Bioengineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences.The main results are listed in the following.1,On the basis of lab experiment and the theory of magnetic separation,and introduction of structures of the two magnetic separation which are applied maturely to water treatment, we selected the structure according to the reality of lake water treatment which must be continuity. Nd-Fe-B was chosen to be the magnetic material considering the capacity and price. Magnet with dimension of 50*50*25mm was selected after theoretical analysis and digital simulation and experiment test. Mechanical design of magnetic disks was created and and three-view assembling were illustrated,Mechanical assembling drawing and the entity view of the five magnetic disks was also explained.2,Via the experiment on the shore of chao lake,we put forward a special baffled flocculation technic and made a great progress from lab to engineering application.And we also especially discussed the guarantee flow was 120m3/h,the preferable rotate speed of the magnetic disk was 0.5~1.5r/min,and the two date were useful to further manipulation.In terms of the numerical simulation software,we simulated the inner flow field of the special baffled flocculation and it showed some useful inner flow situation.3,We presented the plan blueprint of the floating platform on the basis of the magnatic disk desgin and the experiment on chao lake shore.Because of the water quality is not unchanged,the autocontrol system must be used on the floating platform,we conceive the whole frame of the autocontrol system.
