CNC milling machine at the scene are devices used in petrochemical processing equipment at the scene,in order to adapt the processing environment of the scene, requiring the site milling machine to meet the performance,accuracy,such as conditions,the quality and size as small as possible.In practical applications because of the beams of deformation caused by vibration,cause wavy surface marks have seriously affected the machining accuracy and surface quality,the paper with COSMOS Works the Finite Element software,set up the Finite Element Model of milling machine,the machine's main mobile components of static and dynamic analysis,based on the relative deformation of beam vibration mode shape and amplitude,the impact of machining accuracy analysis the main factors for the structural optimization and provide a theoretical basis for further improve the performance of job-site milling machine has very important significance.In this paper,a theoretical analysis of the beam at the processing node of its static and dynamic stiffness of the impact of machining accuracy and the use of Finite Element Analysis methods,the use of COSMOSWorks software components on the beam dynamic and static stiffness simulation.Specifically include:1.On the beam during processing for mechanical analysis,and theoretical analysis on the basic beam deformation factor and the use of milling force formula to calculate the beam at the processing of force in all directions.2.Through the milling machine structure modeling and analysis of mechanical properties obtained beams at locations between the maximum deformation in three directions and five beams vibration bands intrinsic mode,we can see by comparing the Z to the largest amount of deformation so as to arrive at Z to the stiffness of the weaker,analyze the reasons for the impact of machining accuracy,and the first-order natural frequency of the low down Z to the vibration is also lower the performance of its stiffness.3.Through the analysis of beams on the beam to optimize the design,mechanics of materials based on the principle of beams corresponding improvement program,by changing the form of methods such as ribs enhance the stiffness of the beams,the beams enhance the natural frequencies of the first five bands,and ultimately reduce the Z to the deformation of beams,reaching enhance machining precision milling purposes.
