In hydrometallurgy,Output of various residue had not maden good use ow ing to lack of deficiency reasonable technic.In nickel industry,0.3 tons of the iron residue was produced when a ton of nickel was produced.At present,so dium jarosite method was commonly used to recover nickel of iron residue,Ou tput of sodium jarosite residue treated by rotary kiln,Which contains low cont ent valuable metals and large throughput.Meanwhile,Impurities of sodium jaro site residue continuously enriched in nickel technic.Which causes raw material composition is unstable,Technic is very unreasonable.It is necessary to develop one kind of new technic.Which iron can be eff ectively separated from Mixed System by using new technic,And then iron co mponent can be prepared,Meanwhile,nickel can be returned original system.New technic was applied for the treatment of nickel electrolytic iron resid ue leaching liquor,Leaching nickel electrolytic iron residue by sulfuric acid co ncentration 20%,leaching period 1.5 h,leaching temperature 90℃,liquid-solid ratio 10:4,Metal laching rate is respectively 98.15%,98.39%,96.73%,The res ults showed that very good leaching effect was achieved in the heap leaching of nickel of iron residue.Impurities can be removed by using adjust pH of sol ution and neutralizing hydrolysis coprecipitation combination method,The exper imental results show that at room termperature when iron powder was used to reduce most Fe3+ of nickel electrolytic iron residue leaching liquor,iron powde r addition amount was controlled 0.75,pH adjusted to 4.0 after reacted 20 minut es,agitating for 5 minutes,then adding the recommended dosages of polyacryl amide 0.4 g/L,aging 10 minutes after continue to agitate for 5 minutes,applic ation of neutralizing hydrolysis method for precipitation unreduced small part o f Fe3+,Meanwhile,most impurities were precipitated,In this case,the impuriti es precipitation rate have been up to 90%upper and lower.Purification liquid of rich Fe2+ may be obtained.So iron can be precipitated by using H2O2 oxida tion goethite and air oxidation goethite method.Controlling reaction temperatur e 85℃,reaction time 3.5 h,stirring speed 200 r/min,pH value 3.0~3.5 by d ripping ammonia concentration of 0.5 mol/L,mass fraction of H2O2 of 3%drip ping speed 30 mL/min or exposed in air,controlling pH value 4.0 by dripping ammonia concentration of 0.5 mol/L,Iron oxide red powder former body can be precipitated under the goethite method process condition,And eligible iron oxide red can be producted when iron oxide red powder former body was calci nated for 40~80 minutes at 800℃on a tubular electric furnace.Based on practical purpose of new technic,the whole process of iron reco very rate can reach 78.10%,the recovery rate of nickel and copper can reach 95.16%,91.53%.Synthetic research show that new technical process was optimization.It ca n realize iron component can be prepared and nickel can be returned original s ystem.Meanwhile,it can produce very good indirect economic benefit on stabi lize raw material components,strengthen control of production process,improve production efficiency so on several aspects.
