Because of the environment problem,more and more new materals were invented.Replaced the chemical materal by natural materal was the trend of chemical industry.In this paper,the authors synthesized a water treatment resin by taking furfural as material.Through the polycondensation reaction of triethanolamine and polyethylene polyamine,black amorphous weakly basic anion exchange resin was produced.It shew that the best preparation quality conditions were polyethylene polyamine:triethanolamine:furfural of 0.8:2:2.5,temperature 110℃,the reaction time 0.5 h.On acetate acid solution,the furfural exchange resin was well in adsorption.Through the tests of ion exchange resin's adsorption and regeneration capacity,the result shew that the best adsorption conditions were as follows:adsorption temperature was 25℃,adsorption lime was 3h,pH 3,The initial concentration of acetate acid solution was 1%.The best result was 235.77mg/g.Repeately, renewed it by 0.1mol/L NaOH.Using the 0.6%acetate acid solution do the dynamic by the speed of 1BV.The anion exchange could be used in 17BV.Using the real furfural waste water which 0.5% acetate acid in it,do the ynamic by the specd of 1BV.It could be used in 16BV.The best result was 80mg/g.Using the DTG,SEM,FT-IR,thermodynamics,dynamics researched the structure and the performance on absorption of the exchange resin.By fitting of the isotherms,the adsorption of acetate acid solution by this anion exchange resir agreed with the Freundlich type adsorption isotherm,The exchange resin was the radiative sorption process and occurs automatically.It beleng to the chemical bond absorption and the absorption speed was controlled by membrane pervasion and chemical bond pervasion.Absorbed the glycyrrhizic acid from the glycyrrhizic acid by the exchange resin in35℃,pH5,20h, initial concentration 455mg/l.The best resule was 128.4mg/g.By fitting of the isotherms,the adsorption of glycyrrhizic acid by this anion exchange resin agreed with the Freundlich type adsorption isotherm.It was the chemical adsorption.
