Technology Research Of Dry Separation On Fly Ash Cenosphere

Two kinds of theoretical separator models have been studied in the thesis,on the basis of the analysis about floating beads physicochemical properties and the means of hollow cenospheres separation.In the former part,the sing particle force condition in cyclone and the paraticles trace has been discussed,also the fluction have been introduction in order to establish a cyclone separation model.The second kind of inner recycle separator,the level rotation speed and vertical wing speed determine a separation angle that particles can just fly out toxkuchi. And finally,the mathematical mode has been dicussed and proven feasibility.
