Based on existing slope and slope rock soil mass creep theory, this paper choose slope deformation constitutive model through derivation and analysis in theory. By analysis of monitor holes's data of the Fu shun Petroleum Refinery No.1, this article choose in underground displacement monitor toring of slope to find the law of deformation in practice method. At last, using the method of FLAC3D, the paper simulate the deformation of the rock groud stress and displacement for north wall E200 area of Fu shun West Open Pit where is Petroleum Refinery No. 1 mining stripping, and the result including the map of displacement field, stress field, velocity field, etc, and verifying them by monitor holes's data. Thus, this paper find the thinking of researching creep shope deformation on prediction.
