| EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) technology is an important component of advanced manufacture technology and it is an important complement and development of cutting processing and abrasive machining which are widely adopted by mechanic manufacture. With the development of EDM technology, the more higher demand on the maneuverability, processing efficiency and quality of EDM machine tool are put forwarded. Intelligent control, as a new theory, has gradually become a new research hotspot of EDM filed and it provides an effective method for the control of complicated process. The new products with have intelligent control is bringing enormous economic benefit. In the corporations and universities, the dated EDM machine is heavy structure and low efficiency.The mechanism of the EDM process is analyzed in detail and the detecting methods of EDM discharge-state are probed into. Based on the fundamental of gap voltage sampling, two-path sampling circuit is designed. That offers a front supporting technology of intelligent control in the EDM process. Aiming at the heavy structure and low efficiency of EDM shaping machine DK7140, the system is optimized. The high-precision intelligence servo-control system is designed. The control systems for working table and the intelligent fuzzy control system for basic shift are designed.According to the traditional fuzzy control, a feasible intelligent fuzzy control is developed. This fuzzy controller is a new exploratory work, which can accurately control. The hardware construction of control system is selected. Link each part and debug the control system. Based on the open system architecture (OSA) of EDM shaping machine, the software and hardware structure are designed, in order to actualize intelligent control. At last, using the "MATLAB" the fuzzy control model which is used to emulate is founded.The experiment results indicate that the optimization of structural system has good stability, reliability and maintainability; the optimizing fuzzy control system is steady, effective, safe and reliable. |
