Study On The Preparation Procedure And Quality Standard Of Wuyang Sutained Release Tablets

Wuyang sustained release tablets are at the basis of clinical experience, combined with modern pharmacological and pharmaceutical research study of new technologies into a new form.It consists of two kinds of Chinese herbs, such as Icariin,Kadsura.This issue which is guided by the overall concept and the dialectical therapentic philosophy theory in Chinese mendicine and is aimed at the clinic charateristic and property of the effective part systematically studied the extraction,purification,preparation procedure, quality standards,preliminary stability and sustained release tablets.As a reslut,the sustained release tablets in a ideal release role which is safe, effective,stable better quality has been made.In the effictive study of the sustained release tablets,according to the characteristics of every medicinal material,then mixing by proportion.To research the extraction and purification of total flavonoids of Icariin and total lignin of Kadsura were used single factor and orthogonal experiments, and was researchd by means of HPD-600 macroporous resin and AB-8 macroporous resin.By these experiments,the practicable process was choosed.The qualities of intermediate of total flavonoids of Icariin and total lignin of Kadsura were stable and controllable.In the moulding technic study of the Wuyang sustained release,by single factor experiment and orthogonal test,hydrogel matrix material,adhestive, fillers,lubricants,preparation method and pressure have been selected.Then the optimum prescription has been determined.In the study on quality standards of the Wuyang sustained release tablets, combined with normal test of tablets and characteristics of the sustained releas,the features,physical and chemical characteristics,identitying and assaying methods are studied,and according limits have also been formulated.In the study on release mechanism of the Wuyang sustained release tables,its preliminary stability was good,the quality is stable and reliable.Through the research of the thesis,we made effective part of traditional Chinese herbs into sustained release tablets,lt' s hopeful that we can offer a preparation made of compound modern Chinese herbs for clinic,which can sustainedly release and have few side effects,it is conveninet for taking and crring,for treatment of kidney yang.This is useful research of compound Chinese herbs preparation of sustained release tablets.At the same time, it is to develop new herbal preparation,some beneficial experience and data for preparing preparation of compound Chinese herbs of sustained release tablets was accumulated.
