Research On Nature Reserve Socio-economic Carrying Capacity

Nature Reserve as a part of social, economic and natural complex ecosystem, is of the system for human development. It is a composite system,which the social system, economic system and natural sub-system have an effect for each other. Nature Reserve which was originally at the protection of natural resources and environment also have to bear the function of survival and development. which brought out National Nature Reserve special ecological economic contradictions. To resolve this contradiction, we must analysis the socio-economic functions of Nature Reserve, in the case that Nature Reserve does not affect the ecological function, how much socio-economic carrying capacity it has, whether be able to meet the nature reserve's socio-economic sustainable development, these factors are the focus of this paper.First of all, base on the theory of sustainable development, Ecological Economics and System Economics, we give the definition of the Nature Reserve and develop the theory of Socio-economic capacity,build the socio-economic indicators of bearing capacity. Secondly, we introduce the research methods, target system and construction of model of Nature Reserve socio-economic capacity. Finally, we use an methods of system dynamics to analyse Baishuijiang Nature Reserve status and the development of socio-economic capacity through data analysis, and predict the Baishuijiang Nature Reserve socio-economic capacity.Totally,this paper provides some new methods and ideas for the study of Nature Reserve socio-economic capacity's sustainable development, application of socio-economic carrying capacity including population, resources, environment,and socio-economic research indicators to build a practice of sustainable development nature reserve. It improves the bearing capacity of applied research in the process of theoretical basis of practice and expands the capacity of research applications. At the same time, it enhances the capacity of nature reserve system for scientific evaluation and feasibility, and it provides a new evaluation basis to the Nature Reserve socio-economic development.
