Research Of The Environment Law's Enforcement In Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

Environment issue which got high interested by society has already become one of the most important problems in modern times. Natural environment is the basic condition of human living, also is the material basis of industry development and economic development. So protecting our ecology and environment has become more and more important for human living and society development. But in the modern society which its economic developed so fast, how to protect our ecology environment at the meantime, and how to execute the environment law powerfully have been concerned by many experts and it already became a very important research project.Ecology and environment problem get seriously these year in China. As a developing country, Chinese ecology has been destroyed deeply with lots of environment problems when we focus on our economical growing all these years. Undeveloped western area and wide minority area are the focal points of environment issue in China; at the meantime, because of the complex minority background and the undeveloped economic, these areas also become the weak part of environment law's execution, especially those minority areas which located in western China(such as Gannan Tibetan Area).This article will investigate the present ecology status in Gannan Tibetan Prefecture, and will try to discover the level and the reason of environment destructions, and it also will study the disadvantages, problems, difficulties and challenges of executing the environment law. At the meanwhile, it will search for the original reason which costs the destructions from internal and external, and analyzes the reasons from different views, such as nation, economic, education, legislation, enforcement and supervision. Based on that, considering all the situations there, such as minority history, culture, religion, custom, special ecology environment and special economic situation, we will research a way to deal with the environment problem, and improve our execution of environment law.After analyzing the Gannan Tibetan Prefecture's environment issue comprehensively from different views, we will use the advantages that the minority already had, such as its special history, culture, religion and custom, we will use them to protect our ecology, to improve our enforcement and law education. We would fulfill our environment law enforcement system, improve the ways of enforcement, strengthen the supervision; then not for a long time, we will get our beautiful ecology environment back again!...
