Study On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

As the fundamental plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,the construction of ecological civilization plays an important strategic role in the process of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization,comprehensively implementing the concept of green development,improving the quality of the ecological environment,and properly solving the relationship between the protection of ecological environment and regional economic development are the key to further promote the construction of ecological civilization.Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is an important water conservation and supply area in the upper reaches of the Yellow River,and an important ecological security barrier in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.However,in recent years,the ecological environment has been deteriorating,which makes the construction of ecological civilization in the region face challenges.How to use Marxist standpoint,viewpoint,method,scientific analysis and accurate understanding of the actual situation of the construction of ecological civilization in this area,and explore the effective way to solve the ecological environment problem are the main contents of this subject.In the year of ending the poverty and tackling the difficulties and building a well-off society in an all-round way,taking Xi Jinping's ecological civilization as the theoretical guidance and applying the basic principle of Marx doctrine to study the construction of ecological civilization in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is an important manifestation of contemporary China's Marx doctrine guiding the development of socialistic China with the new era,and a scientific guidance for China's practice of Marx in twenty-first Century.On the basis of studying a large number of documents and on-the-spot investigation,this paper adopts the methods of document research,on-the-spot investigation and contradiction analysis.First of all,the theoretical basis and main contents of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought are deeply studied.Based on the realistic foundation of ecological civilization construction in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,the dialectical materialism is applied to analyze the present situation of promoting ecological civilization construction in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture at this stage,and the successful experience and constraints of Gannan's ecological civilization construction are summarized,and finally the area is born.The problems in the process of the construction of state civilization,according to the practice requirements of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought and the green standard of the new development concept,put forward the scientific,systematic and rationalized countermeasures.
