| In this paper, preparation of 2-nonenal and benzaldehyde by ozonation,and preparation of trans -9,10-dihydroxystearic acid by hydrogen peroxide oxidantion was studied. To overcome the shortcomings of the traditional preparation process of these products such as high cost, technical complexity, serious environmental pollution etc, and it ensure the high yield of 2-nonenal, benzaldehyde and trans -9,10-dihydroxy stearic acid, effects of each factors on the reaction results, to determine the optimum conditions for industrial production provided the process parameters that can be used as reference.The preparation of 2-nonenal by ozonolysis reaction from methyl ricinoleate was studied.The effects of factors such as different solvent, amount ratio of raw materials,ozonolysis time, ozonolysis temperature,amount of reductant and reduction decomposition time on reaction results were examined. The optimized conditions were m(methyl ricinoleate):m(acetic acid):m(hexane)=1:1:3,ozonolysis time was 2.5h, ozonolysis temperature was 10~15℃, n(methyl ricinoleate):n(15%NaHSO3) =1:1.1,reduction decomposition time 1.5h,reduction temperature 80~85℃.Under above conditions,the yield of product was over 76% with the purity≥94%. The structure of product was characterized by IR and GC-MS.The preparation of benzaldehyde from cinnamaldehyde by ozonolysis reaction was studied.Using the mixture of acetic acid and hexane as solvent,the effects of factors such as amount of solvent,ozonolysis temperature,amount of reductant and reduction decomposition time on reaction results were examined. The optimized conditions were m(cinnamaldehyde):m(Component solvent)=1:5, ozonolysis time was 5h, ozonolysis temperature was 0~5℃, n(cinnamaldehyde)/n(10%NaHSO3) =1:0.9,reduction decomposition time 2h,reduction temperature 80~85℃.Under above conditions,the yield of product was over 57 %with the purity≥92%. The structure of product was characterized by IR and GC-MS, purity was measured by GC. Trans-9,10-dihydroxystearic acid was synthesized with oleic acid as the raw material and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant without catalyst. The effects of factors such as different oxygen carrier ,reaction time, ratio of raw materials,the temperature of trickling hydrogen peroxide, reaction temperature and crystallization condition on the yield was discussed.The results showed that formic acid was a oxygen carrier, reaction time was 5h ,m(oleic acid):m(hydrogen peroxide) :m(formic acid)=8:7:5,the temperature of trickling hydrogen peroxide was between 30~35℃, and reaction temperature was between 60~65℃.Under the optimal conditions, the yield was over 91%with the purity≥95%. And pilot test was successfully carried out, the yield was over 86%. The structure of product was characterized by IR and GC-MS. |
