In this dissertation, a research has been made on the design and performance optimization issues of a new type of SE-FAE, as well as some important safety perforance of SE-FAE, which is of great significant for safety in the process of transport, storage, use and assessment-reliability of desired results.Safety features include compatibility,stability and sensitivity. Compatibility is divided into two parts: inner compatibility between each component of SE-FAE, And outer compatibility between SE-FAE and materials it contacts, according to the criterion of Nationl Martial Standard's differential scanning calorimetry experiments, inner compatibility has been tested by DSC calorimeter, Which tested different heating rates of each component, and compared them with mixed systems. After two kinds of thermodynamic analysis methods of data collected, inner compatibility was determined according to the criterion of Nationl Martial Standard, The results of both methods are basically identical. additionally, we used mercury gauge method of the vacuum stability experiment to validate the conclusion of the poorer compatible systems, evaluated the compatibility grade comprehensively, outer compatibility has been tested by vacuum stability experiment, data processing and evaluation methods are the same with inner compatibility, hit sensitivity, shock-wave sensitivity, flame sensitivity as well as gunshot sensitivity are used to test SE-FAE's safety performance comprehensively.After a long-term inventory agent, its safety and reliability will be affected due to changes in properties of physical and chemical and environmental factors, so the stability of pharmaceutical research is particularly important, the thermal stability has been tested by vacuum stability experiment, additionally, thermal accelerated aging test was used to predicted temperature storage time of SE-FAE at noamal temperature theoretically.Qualitative and quantitative study on SE-FAE's safety performance provided optimized formula for the industrialization production.
