At present, our country's water is seriously contaminated.According to statistics,86 percent of the city river water oversteped quality standard.Under such circumstances, the water quality of a well-established detection technique is very necessary, and Raman spectroscopy detection technology has its unique advantages. This article describes the water quality in our country at this stage, and a simple analysis of the causes of water pollution and major pollutants. And Raman spectroscopy on the principle, characteristics, and applications. On theoretical analysis of the molecular structure of the Raman shift impacts and conditions.Introduce a lot of testings for water detection quality techniques,Raman spectroscopy detection of water quality testing in the field of technology has its unique advantages. The focus of experiments on the CH3OH,C2H5OH and the Zn(NO3)2 solution for Raman detection, experimental results based on qualitative analysis of the solution composition; Finally the preparation of different concentrations of C2H5OH solution and Zn(NO3)2 solution, testing different concentrations of a characteristic peak corresponding Raman light intensity, concentration and Raman study of the relative light intensity of the relationship between the material and concentration and the relative light intensity curve,in order to achieve the concentration of Raman spectroscopy for the quantitative analysis of the material.
